Insurance and Billing

While we do not accept any insurance, we will be happy to help you fill out the proper paperwork to submit. Simply provide us with your dental insurance card and we'll fill out the forms. Then just put it in an envelope and mail it off. No need to attach any other forms. If any dispute arises, we will write a note to justify your treatment in order to help maximize your benefit.

Insurance companies today dictate the type of care you can receive. We care about you so we put your dental health first. For example, insurance companies only pay for 2 cleanings per calendar year. However, often many people require 3 or 4 cleanings per year depending on the health of their gums and teeth. We suggest a course of treatment that is best for you regardless of whether an insurance company agrees. Your oral health comes first.

After each visit, we kindly expect payment when services are rendered. Also, we understand that sometimes appointments cannot be kept but without 24-hours notice we reserve the right to charge $125 per broken appointment per hour.
